My ex was an alcoholic, and I really don't want that ever again. I just want to find a nice guy to spend my retirement with. Older or younger doesn't matter to me.

I really miss intimacy in my life. I know many people think that when you get older, the need for it disappears or diminishes, but when you're alone, not having a cuddle buddy is the first thing you miss.

I never really minded being alone, but now that I'm getting older, I'm realizing that being alone is truly being alone. And I'm not sure I appreciate that anymore.
